From Europe there is direct flight with
Cathay Pacific via Hongkong,
Singapore Airlines via Singapore
and Malaysian Airlines via Kuala Lumpur
goes to Cebu Mactan International Airport.

The Cebu Mactan International and Domestic Airport is located 15 km away from Cebu City.
From the airport to the city, it takes 20 minutes by taxi.
From Cebu City to Malapascua Island:
About 3 hours by taxi from Cebu City to Maya, a village in the north of cebu.
From there you may go by boat (Banka) and it take 45 minutes to Malapascua Island.
Distance: Cebu City to Maya 135 km.
The best to go to Malapascua Island, is you make a reservation by the Sunsplash Resort.
